The ETI Residencial Profiler takes a deep dive into the housing industry by collecting the latest data and creating metrics geared towards understanding industry patterns.
The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s (FFIEC) has a mandate to collect information on each of the mortgage application made in the United States and disseminate that information so that patterns of discrimination among other things can be identified. At present, it is the most powerful dataset in Puerto Rico -even more than that of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions- on the 10,000 mortgages that are made each year in Puerto Rico for the purchase of houses.
